How Vantir handles the information you share through the Build Brief and contact forms.
What we collect
When you submit the Build Brief or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, and optionally your business name, phone number, project answers, and any notes. We also record which page the inquiry came from and the time it was submitted. A hidden anti-spam field is used only to detect bots.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and keep a record of our conversation in our own customer system (CRM). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers that host this site and database on our behalf.
Consent — kept separate
We treat three permissions independently, and never convert one into another:
- Replying to your inquiry. Submitting the form gives us permission to reply to you about that specific inquiry (by email or phone).
- Text (SMS) about this project. Optional, and off by default. We only text you if you tick the SMS box — and we never send any text without it. Choosing "Text" as your reply method requires this permission.
- Marketing email updates. Optional, and off by default. We only send occasional email updates if you tick that box, and you can opt out anytime. We do not send marketing by SMS.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our CRM database. Access is restricted to Vantir. We keep records for as long as needed to work with you or respond to your inquiry; ask us and we'll delete your record.
